Digital Channels and Loyalty is focused on our customers’ digital experience and loyalty, the channels that support it and the core technology platforms that enable them.

The team is responsible for:

  • Managing the full spectrum of customer loyalty, from Airpoints™ to frequent flyer status, as well as a wide range of products that enable you to earn Airpoints Dollars faster
  • Overseeing all our communication to customers via digital channels including email, search, and display and the personalisation of these communications to be more relevant for customers.
  • Supporting our customer-facing digital touch-points: Online, Mobile and Inflight Entertainment Screens and Check-in Kiosks across more than 13 million customer journeys a year!
  • The digital design and user experience digital customer journeys and touch-points.
  • The digital platforms that enable our revenue streams and loyalty programmes.
