The group provides property solutions across the airline internationally. As well as being specialists in property management, they also provide corporate support services to the company in both a delivery and advisory capacity.

Our portfolio ranges across the globe; both owned and leased assets along with hugely diverse businesses. This team comprises of a wide range of skills and exciting role prospects, from maintenance and build of minor constructions, servicing of all building plant and machinery and ensuring all of Air NZ premises operate to a high degree of reliability and people welfare. Other roles within the team comprise of contractual management, with the skills ranging from operations of lounges to hangars to airport baggage locations including offices globally. Responsible for maintenance of all Air New Zealand buildings and the associated plant and services, including all security and maintenance of these buildings. The team also look after contract management, procurement and future planning.
Leasing is responsible for proactively delivering and managing global leasing services! Looking to capitalise on cost effective outcomes and meeting the accommodation needs of the business. They literally look for the best places to house our people and our planes! Negotiating new leases, managing rent reviews and disposing of excess space this team focuses on finding us great places to work in and managing to budgets, contracts and thinking about our future space planning.

When we need a new building or a great new fit out of a lounge – then the projects team takes care of it! They control the integration of all aspects of a project and ensure the right knowledge and resources are available and above all ensure projects are delivered in a timely cost effective way. From Air Bridges, to constructions contracts our projects are varied and span right across the Air New Zealand global network.

Improved environmental performance and compliance is paramount to every aspect of Air New Zealand’s business and this team is responsible for reviewing this across the business.
Airport Planning & Development
This team works closely with the strategy team and business units to review and ensure global airport infrastructure both for the current and future needs. Responsible for the airport facilities and projected volumes – airport infrastructure aligns with the changing needs of the Air New Zealand fleet.
