Digital Enterprise

Digital Enterprise is focused on the strategy and delivery for enterprise applications and platforms, including our digital office, digital services and all tools and products.  Partnering with Corporate, People and Finance,  the customer base is every Air New Zealander globally.

This team is responsible for:

  • Transforming the Service Desk into the best service experience, so that every Air New Zealander feels confident to contact us for assistance.
  • Leveraging the strength and capability of our core corporate platforms.
  • Simplifying our mobility platform so that we can adapt to changing digital lifestyles and make Air New Zealander's work life easier.
  • Reviewing how we work, and where (including roaming and remote people and teams) and then adapt and flex products like desktops, laptops, tablets for improved collaboration and productivity.
  • Providing the right tools for the right job, freeing up our own people to focus on other, more value-add tasks.
