This team is responsible for:

  • Monitoring customer, market and industry trends for applicable uses within our industry
  • Driving ideation sessions with customers, within the business and with external partners
  • Prototyping, testing and iterating on solutions to customer pain points across the customer journey
  • Managing a portfolio of innovation projects through an internal development process
  • Developing innovation best practices and processes and mentoring teams across the company
