The Agile Coach will work as part of the Digital Strategy and Enablement team; a group that promotes collaboration, offers expertise, provides tools and defines best practices. The team's goal is to help accelerate Digital transformation at Air New Zealand by bringing a balance of discipline, creativity, focus and fun to make a difference for Air New Zealand. This role will focus on developing a robust agile working environment, enabling high team performance through expert facilitation and instituting a coaching centre of excellence.
